1. Who takes part. Every RAW MATERIAL account holder (18 or older) gets a referral code automatically. A code earns only while it is active. It is paused while its account is suspended or rejected (it comes back when the account is active again), and we may pause any code at our discretion. A paused code earns no points and its owner cannot cash out.
2. Your code and link. Your code is 5 letters and numbers, like K7M2X (never 0, O, 1, I or L). Your link is rawmaterialslab.com/r/ followed by your code. A visit through your link is remembered for 30 days on that browser. A code typed at checkout takes priority over a link. Codes are not case-sensitive. If we replace your code, the old code and link stop working.
3. Earning points. When an order that used your code is paid, you earn points equal to your earn rate (10% unless your account shows a different rate) of the order's product total, rounded down, at 1 point = $0.01. The product total is after any wholesale price and before shipping and sales tax, which never earn points; points the buyer spends don't reduce it. The rate is fixed when the order is placed, so a later change to the rate never changes points for orders already placed. Unpaid, cancelled and failed orders earn nothing.
4. No points on your own orders. You don't earn points on an order placed from your account, with your account email or phone number, or shipped to your saved address or to an address you have shipped your own orders to. We check this when the order is placed and again when it is paid.
5. Pending and available. New points are pending. They become available 30 days after the order ships, once the return window has passed; until the order ships they have no unlock date. The number of days is the one in force when the order ships, and we may release points sooner. Points earned before November 2, 2026 keep the unlock date they were given then.
6. Refunds. If an order is refunded in full, its points are removed: pending points are cancelled, and points that were already available are taken back from your available balance (never below zero; points you already spent or cashed out are not reclaimed). If part of an order is refunded, its points shrink by the same share (for example, $20 refunded on an $80 order removes a quarter of them), taken back the same way.
7. Spending points. Signed in at checkout, you can use available points at full value (1 point = $0.01 off). Points do not expire, can only be used on rawmaterialslab.com and have no other cash value except through a cash-out. Points you spent on an order come back to you if that order is refunded in full (a part refund returns money only). Points put toward an order that is cancelled before payment come back too.
8. Cashing out. You can cash out available points at half value (1 point = $0.005), with a minimum of $25.00 cash (5,000 points). We pay by hand to the Cash App, Zelle, PayPal or Venmo handle you enter, normally within 7 days. Requested points leave your balance right away and come back if we reject the request. You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive, and we may ask for tax information before paying.
9. Research use only. Every RAW MATERIAL product is sold for in-vitro laboratory research only and is not for human or veterinary use. Say that you earn points when you share your code. Never share, suggest or link to dosing, administration, injection, stacking, protocols or before/after results, and make no health, medical or result claims of any kind, anywhere. No spam and no ads bidding on our name. A breach of this section ends your account and forfeits all points, pending and available.
10. Deleting your account. When you delete your account, your code and link stop working and all your points, pending and available, are deleted with it; they are not paid out or converted, so spend or cash them out first. A cash-out you requested before deleting is still paid or rejected as usual (a rejected request returns no points, because the account no longer exists).
11. Changes. We may change the earn rate, the cash value, the minimum cash-out or the number of days. A new earn rate applies to orders placed after the change, a new number of days to orders that ship after it, and a new cash value or minimum to cash-outs requested after it. We may remove points earned through abuse or a breach of these terms. There are no money commissions, tiers, sign-up bonuses or points for clicks or sign-ups.
